Would highly recommend. Super friendly and helpful host couple. Definitely an outstanding experience if you are looking to meet locals when searching for BnB. Room fits description (themed rooms so it was really memorable experience) and location is very close to Hualien train station (10mins walk or 3mins drive), neighbourhood is quiet. There's convenient store and 24hr self service laundry within 2mins walk, and supermarket within 10mins walk.

The host family was very friendly and warm. Mr Yang made 功夫茶 to welcome us and we chatted and ate the snacks and fruits prepared by Mrs Yang. For breakfast we were lucky to have the homemade pumpkin soup made by Mrs Yang. It was very very tasty! The local breakfast she recommended were also yummy. We stayed on the third floor and there is lift so no need to worry about lugging heavy bags. The rooms are very big and there is balcony in each room. There is wifi and cable channels in the room. We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay with them and will definitely be back if we visit Hualien again.

On the journey from Penghu to Taiwan around the island Lucky enough to book this high CP value B&B Stay in the super cute Little Soldier themed room The room is clean, comfortable and well-equipped Thank you to the boss and his wife for the warm hospitality. First time visitor to Hualien Can get a lot of advice Don’t hesitate to share Hualien souvenirs with us I will definitely come again next time I have the opportunity to come to Hualien.

The room was clean, tidy and spacious. It was very comfortable to live in. I slept well. The location is great. The service attitude of the landlady was very good. I will stay here again next time I come to Hualien🥰
